Coding Challenge Virtual Session 1

The first virtual session of the Coding Challenge, part of the Girls in ICT Day India 2024 programme, was organized on 11 June 2024 by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), the India Mobile Congress (IMC), and the Centre for Development of Telematics (CDOT), with support from ITU. Over the course of two hours, participants received a brief presentation about the Coding Challenge and an introduction to the basics of coding in Python by C-DOT with participation of 20 attendees, including school students. They learned about the fundamental concepts of Python, its importance, and its practical applications in everyday life. The second session of the training will continue to be held on 24 June 2024, from 14:00 to 16:00 IST.
