In line with the celebration for the International Girls in ICT Day on April 28th, the Gender and Development (GAD) Office commits to celebrating, empowering, and encouraging young women to pursue the fields of both STEM and ICT. With the theme for this year, Girls in ICT Day: Access and Safety, the Gender and Development Office, alongside NPCMB, is holding an announcement on the year-long celebration of Girls in ICT Day on25 April 2022 from 8 to 9 am.
Objective:
To generate hybrid celebrations promoting the importance of creating gender-sensitive and gender-responsive courses and careers, particularly in STEM and ICT.
