Under Skills Building in Emerging Technologies, the program was designed to provide girls with comprehensive exposure to emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, all while cultivating essential skills, career awareness, and confidence to thrive in the digital age.
Despite growing digital advancements, girls—particularly in Nepal—remained underrepresented in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This initiative addressed that gap by creating inclusive, hands-on learning experiences that not only built technical competencies but also offered mentorship, networking, and real-world application.
The event was held from July 23 to 25, 2025, and took place in parallel across two locations—Surkhet and Itahari—bringing together aspiring young women, educators, and industry experts in collaborative environments that encouraged inquiry, innovation, and leadership. Each day was tailored with a specific focus, ensuring a holistic and engaging journey from digital awareness to practical application.
