\r\n In academics and education societies, it has been often mentioned that the need for digital skills as the skills of the 21st century, however the digital skill education at the higher education is not enough for women actually from the gender perspective in real life.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
\r\nToday it is critical for women's higher education to create a safety net community for their lives by using digital skills, and to connect with, to develop community leaders who can create and operate it in various places for their humanitarian aids for the living, learning and education, depending on various social conditions in the future, such as employment, climate change disaster risk etc.<\/p>\r\n
In this Girls in ICT Day 2023 workshop, you will learn about some forms of leaders who are the legends from Japan those who had worked for community and society (Ms. Umeko Tsuda, educator who will be featured on the Japanese 5,000 yen bill in 2024 and Madame Sadako Ogata, professor, former head of the office of UNHCR) to apply the good lessons in our 21st century. Japan Brand Communication will teach this mini lecture and have a time for you to exchange ideas and discuss your current and future leadership skills.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
\r\n She has experience digitally leading the 2021 multinational team via digital to the victory in the global competition \u201cCommunity Challenge\u201d in the Harvard Business School Online Community and has been featured at HBS<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n She has been invited various speaker at other international online events and was a panelist of UN Forum in Tokyo (2012 Summer).<\/p>\r\n She lives in Japan and has been working as a mentor and coach for young leaders globally, and has also been contributing to policy proposals for SDGs5.<\/p>\r\n In 2022, Girls in ICT Days she was invited a panel twice to send encouraging messages to the audience.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\nPlease kindly note in advance<\/h2>\r\n
